The WE-T85K125 dual-frequency electronic tag is an electronic tag specially used for tracking and managing the positions of vehicles or articles.
The WE-T85K125 dual-frequency electronic tag does not transmit signals under normal conditions. Only when it passes near a 125K low-frequency signal source will the tag be woken up and transmit 2.4G tag signals. The ID of the low-frequency signal source contained in the transmitted information allows operators to determine the current position of the dual-frequency tag.
By properly arranging the positions of low-frequency signal sources, the current location and movement trajectory of the dual-frequency tag can be obtained. For example, installing one low-frequency signal source inside and another outside a door enables accurate capture of tag entry and exit events, realizing contactless inbound and outbound management of articles. In addition, the dual-frequency electronic tag can also be used as a beacon and installed at fixed positions. In this way, the positions of low-frequency signal sources can be monitored in reverse. For instance, factory cage trolleys equipped with low-frequency signal sources can obtain accurate position information as long as there are beacons nearby, no matter where they are parked.
The low-frequency wake-up distance of the WE-T85K125 dual-frequency electronic tag can reach 5 meters, and its 2.4G signal transmission distance can reach 100 meters in open spaces. Apart from signal transmission triggered by low-frequency wake-up, periodic transmission can also be configured, such as transmitting signals once per minute. In this case, approximate position information can be obtained purely via 2.4G transmission even if there is no low-frequency signal source nearby.
The WE-T85K125 dual-frequency electronic tag is powered by 2 pieces of AAA alkaline dry batteries internally, supporting no less than 2 million activations. The batteries are user-replaceable once depleted. The tag can report real-time battery level and remind users to replace batteries in a timely manner when the battery voltage is low.
